Tickets to the Exhibit Hall Gala and Attendee Party are included in the 3-Day Passport and the Exhibit Hall guest pass. There is no added fee for the Closing Keynote.

Yes, but you will pay the on-site rate and due to capacities, you may not be allowed access to all preferred sessions. A limited number of tickets for special events may be available at the registration desk—however, we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on-site.
You can do that. Just select the “pre-con only” admission type. You will not be given a name badge, attendee bag, or allowed to enter the Exhibit Hall.
The program takes place over several days with many scheduled sessions, and some conflicts are unavoidable.
You can register for Pre-conference Workshops during registration. Each workshop has a registration fee, which is used to help offset the cost of organizing the workshop.
Following the conclusion of the conference you will receive a survey via email with your digital CDE certificate.

Yes, all Gaylord hotel guests can access free Wi-Fi at the conference hotel.
With a 3-Day Passport, you will receive a boxed lunch Tuesday and Wednesday and breakfast on Wednesday. The IAED will also provide a few coffee breaks throughout the week. The Exhibit Hall Gala Reception on Monday night includes light fare and one drink ticket, as well as a cash bar.
