I just want to attend one session. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?

No, you must purchase a 1-Day passport to attend one session.

How do I modify my registration or agenda?

Once you click the link you should be able to select “Already Registered”. After logging back in with your confirmation number and email you can select “Modify Registration” to update your confirmation information or agenda.

Can I purchase a passport at the show?

Yes, but you will pay the on-site rate and due to capacities, you may not be allowed access to all preferred sessions. A limited number of tickets for special events may be available at the registration desk—however, we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on-site.

I only want to attend one day of the conference. Is that possible?

Yes, we offer 1-Day passports.

How can I buy tickets for special events?

Tickets to the Exhibit Hall Gala and Attendee Party are included in the 3-Day Passport and the Exhibit Hall guest pass. There is no added fee for the Closing Keynote.

What does the Guest Pass include?

Access to the Exhibit Hall Gala, the general sessions, box lunches, and attendee party. Guests do not receive CDE credits or access to breakout sessions.

Can discounts be combined?

No, only one discount can be applied per registration.

What is the cancelation policy for the conference? Can I cancel my registration?

What if I only want to attend a certification course and not the conference?

You can do that. Just select the “pre-con only” admission type. You will not be given a name badge, attendee bag, or allowed to enter the Exhibit Hall.

How can I attend a Pre-conference Workshop?

You can register for Pre-conference Workshops during registration. Each workshop has a registration fee, which is used to help offset the cost of organizing the workshop.

How can I bring a guest/spouse to the events?

You can purchase a Guest Pass for $175, which grants full access to the Exhibit Hall, including box lunches, and the Gala Reception and Attendee Party. The breakout sessions and CDE credits are not included.

How do I get a receipt or invoice for my registration?

Once you are registered for the annual conference, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to print an invoice.

What meals are included with a 3-Day Passport?

With a 3-Day Passport, you will receive a boxed lunch Tuesday and Wednesday and breakfast on Wednesday. The IAED will also provide a few coffee breaks throughout the week. The Exhibit Hall Gala Reception on Monday night includes light fare and one drink ticket, as well as a cash bar.
