All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days: Friday, March 20, 2026 - Monday, April 13, 2026

Warehouse receiving hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Friday, March 20, 2026 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Monday, April 13, 2026 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.
